The Full Stretch School Program - 12 Months Subscription

The Stretch Program was developed over a period of four years - I have been teaching these subjects since 2017 to just over 200 full time students who finished the program. The last class to finish the whole program completed July 2021.

Over the years, I have added new subjcets, removed others, trimmed and fine tuned the work such that what you get is the most relevant, most healing and most transformational subjects.

Those Subjects are:

1. Universal Laws - You will understand how these laws impact your life daily
2. Archetypes - There are 4 survival archetypes we live with without even knowing. You will learn to recognize yours and how to transcend it.
3. Shadow Work - We are all dual beings, we have the good and the not so good in all of us. Understanding and owning all of who we are is a huge part of our healing
4. The Chakra System Part 1 - In part 1 I spend a lot of time unpacking how the Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus impact the quality of our daily lives.
5. The Chakra System Part 2 - With part 2 the focus is on the heart chakra, which I refer to as the bridge, throat, third eye and crown chakra
6. Masculine Energy - We all men and women have this powerful energy in us. I unpack what this energy is and how to use it optimally in our lives
7. Feminine Energy - Same as masculinity we all carry the energy of femininity in us.
